How we determined the programme
Participants establish the exact schedule together, on the days of the event - if you've ever attended an Open Space, BarCamp or unconference, you'll be familiar with the setting.
At the start of the day, you get some time to think about a session, you write down your name and your session on a “marketplace card”. You pitch/sell your session in the marketplace for 1 or 2 minutes. We make a schedule with all the pitched proposals and then it is up to you which ones you join.
Many participant also submitted a session proposal beforehand, which we mentioned online to give people an idea of what to expect. See also, our Sessions proposal page.
